Cancellation & Order Policy

We completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel an online cake order, please be aware that cancellations made more than seven days before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date will incur a 25% administration fee, which will be deducted from your total. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within seven days of your pick-up or delivery date, as the full booking amount will be forfeited due to the preparation already underway.

If you need to make changes to your order, we ask that you contact us as early as possible. Any changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled collection or delivery time will be subject to availability. 

Should you need to move your order to a different date, please get in touch with us in writing as soon as possible. We’ll try best to accommodate your new date, though this is subject to booking availability.

We truly want you to be completely happy with your cake order. However, refunds cannot be offered for matters of personal preference, including design. If you feel the flavour or quality of your cake does not meet expectations, please contact us directly. Any refund requests related to product quality will be assessed at the discretion of our team, and in these cases, the cake must be returned. Please note we are unable to process refunds for cakes or baked goods that have been consumed.
